Blair Swedeen has conceived, built and operated products and businesses within large companies and independently. Currently he is Principal of Partenza Consulting, a consultancy providing strategy, product management and business development services to the Location-Based Services industry. Previously, he had overall responsibility for the Internet/Wireless product line at NAVTEQ, the leading digital map content company, and launched their first mobile content product. Prior to NAVTEQ, he was Director of Investment Systems at UBS Global Asset Management where he drove operations and software development for the equity investment platform used to manage the firm's $250B equity investment portfolio. He has more than eight years of experience across product strategy, product management and business development in location-based services, digital content, applications and data analytics.

Blair received an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, with concentrations in Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Economics as well as a BS in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Economics. Additionally, Blair completed the first two levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program, the most comprehensive certification program in the investment management industry.
